This is the first sunflower transplanted -- it's one of the three plants grown from the daycare seeds of last year, really curious to see if it will look like the daycare plant. It's a good foot tall, but not rootbound as it looked when removed from the container. I had moved one of the volunteer sunflowers out there a few days ago as a test to see if it got eaten by anything, but so far so good, so hopefully the daycare sunflower will be good too.
After a few more days I'll put the other two front-fence sunflowers out as well.
