UPDATE:  NO, DIDN'T DO THIS, because they dried out on the counter when I forgot to rinse them!

First germinate seeds using typical jar sprouting method (soak overnight, then drain; then rinse/drain several times per day until germination.

2 Tbsps corn starch to every 1 cup water; stir until it comes to a boil; it was clear up; remove from heat; cool; once cool, add the seeds.  Place gel mix in large bag, cut corner, and sow.
