Beets: First two harvested. Beautiful leaves!

Harvested the two biggest beets.  Even though the leaves were squished under the tulle, no sign of leaf miner on any of them at all!  (Whereas the untulled chard have lots.)

Made the beet leaf pasta sauce.  Sooooo good.
