Pulled one pepper, replaced it with potato

One of the 6-pack of peppers is doing zero growth even though I topped it, so out it came today.  Put a "Chieftain" potato in its place.  (South edge of west bed.)

The other peppers aren't looking great either but at least seem to be doing something.
